| Select how the printer should react when a print job requires a size or type that is not available or when a specified tray is empty. Select Wait forever to make the printer wait until you load the correct media and press OK. This is the default setting. Select Override to print on a different size or type after a specified delay. Select Cancel to automatically cancel the print job after a specified delay. If you select either Override or Cancel, the control panel prompts you to specify the number of seconds to delay. Press > to increase the time, up to 3600 seconds. Press < to decrease the time.

| After power on: Select how soon the printer should calibrate after you turn it on. The default setting is 15 minutes. Calibrate now: Makes the printer perform a calibration immediately. If a job is processing, the printer calibrates after the job is complete. If an error message is on the display, you must clear the error first.

| Select Stop to halt printing until the empty cartridge is replaced. Select Continue black to allow future color jobs to print in monochrome (black and white) mode until the empty cartridge is replaced.

| Override out: If the printer determines that a print cartridge is empty, you can continue printing until you notice a decrease in print quality. Stop at out: If the printer determines that a print cartridge is empty, you must replace the cartridge before printing can continue. This is the default setting.

| The percentage threshold determines when the printer begins reporting low toner. The message is either reported on the control-panel display or using the toner LED, if it exists. The default setting is 10%.
